It's really nice seeing the increased activity in this thread, plus multiple people posting trades is the cherry on top! I was feeling like a lunatic for a long time posting to myself.
The past couple of days have been fun to a VSA Trader.
Yesterday EURAUD
I started out yesterday very bullish on EA, but when a pair hits 80% of its ADR before the end of Asia and that ADR is met on widespread up bars its a safe bet that price is going to retrace the same day.
Bar B- Increase in volume and wide spread, with the next bar down good indication that this bar was going to at least knock price sideways.
Bar C- Perfect ND, I did see this bar in realtime but gave the market some time just incase bulls stepped in again. I did start the day out very bullish so I was on my toes looking for buyers.
I shorted a few hours later after it was clear that buyers were losing steam.
As price dropped I noticed it just tapped the the close of the previous day's HVC and price was being met with very few sellers, so I bought on M15 a few bars after an obvious 2 bar reversal.
USDCAD today
Up thrust on yesterdays highs
Bar 1 - Highest volume bar does look like a shakeout, but there is a wick on the high of this bar. Also the upper wick is above the previous bar's close which means that price tried to rally, but got hit with seller. There is supply on this bar.
Bar 2- Test into the close of Bar 1, but the next few bars closing down and lower shows that no buyers were willing to buy. If price isn't strong, it must be weak.
Bar 3- Squat I guess? narrow spread, weak close up bar with increasing volume, sellers hitting price.
I was looking to take this price down to a previous HVC, but price is dropping on low volume and the last completed bar narrowing of spread. Seemed like a safe place to close things out.

1 wide spread up
2 you had 4 bars there that could not break the high of the wide spread bar, that's 2 hours it's failed to do that.
3 when it does it's a narrow spread close in the middle, after weakness, no demand, it's your entry

3 bars after the wide spread high vol, there is a 2 bar reversal followed by a no supply bar.
sorry about my pigeon scratchings trying different apps to draw on charts and try to get something worth learning across

Furthermore, i suggest you not to trade indices right on NY opening. better to wait 30min and then to trade, the picture will be more clear.

One of this thread's best traders once said, " Today's Zone equals Tomorrow's Opportunity".
You want to trade the M1 chart, I get that. But if you had identified Yesterday's M30 HVZ, you would have seen that price is above HB. In fact, price is above the entire zone. This means you should really only be looking to go long.
Without VSA, you're playing checkers while the Smart Money plays chess.

by definition No Demad bar is an narrow spread upbar with middle or off the high close (30-70% of range of bar) with higher high and higher low than previous bar.
