Something I don't like about metatrader 4 and 5 is that when rectangles overlap, the intercept area creates a new color. And on many occasions that generates confusion when I do analysis on the chart.
Unfortunately Metatrader does not work transparency (alpha channel) when creating rectangles.
I have found that combining certain RGB colors can "simulate" that transparency effect, so the intercept area looks much better aesthetically. Here an example in the attached image:

It is obvious that the transparency effect is not perfect, but it looks great

To fix it, I can create a template or configuration file that has RGB colors set to my personal taste and upload it to the chart. It wouldn't be any bother to me.

Why did the rectangles overlap? Did you draw it overlapping in the first place or something happen that causes them to overlap?

When I adjust supply and demand zones and fine-tune the entry point, I use the rectangles to guide my analysis

Ok, give me some time to study this, when I am free, will work out something. MT5 has some new features relating to color transparency, which I maybe able to give a better solution but I need to study these new features first. If not, I will provide you some input parameters to set the default color palette.

Can someone please add Hide/Show button to this custom MA and modify indicator to include levels (just as it is on the MT4 indicators list and as shown in the chart) . I would also like for alerts to sound at the levels when price touches it.

the indicator below has alert once price break through it, i don't want it to alert once anymore
i need help to make it alert, with option of 2times/3times (i mean 2times price breakthrough alert once/ 3times price breakthrough alert once )

i understand it repaint, i have used indicators that don't repaint yet they blow account, its better than most indicators that don't repaint
with the alert it will reduce drawdown greatly

at least it can be the only band with such alert, it can also help those who scalp double tops,/ divergence in smaller timeframes

HI dear coders, i need a simple EA which must have following functions:

1- EA should open buy/sell trade on the basis of candle color present on chart

i.e
if current candle color is green then ea will open buy trade
if current candle color is red then ea will open sell trade

stop loss criteria:

stop loss would be previous candle ATR x 1.5 i.e if ATR of previous candle of entry is 10 pips then ea should place stop loss of 15 pips.

Take profit criteria:

Take profit would be previous candle ATR x 3 i.e if ATR of previous candle of entry is 10 pips then ea should place take profit of 30 pips. or take profit would be double of stop loss.

ALL THE EA PARAMERTERS SHOULD BE ADJUSTABLE. LIKE LOT SIZE , TAKE PROFIT , STOP LOSS,. I shall be thankful to u for this kindness.

I did not implement alpha transparency because although it does overlap nicely, such objects can only be created as
Bitmap where there is an issue of user not able to resize the object by dragging the anchors on the Bitmap. In fact the only anchor available to use is for moving the bitmap around, and not for resizing. You would notice I have implemented the hollow rectangle, because I think for your use case, you can use hollow rectangle to draw the more precise area within
your filled rectangle. And when filled rectangle is always set to be in the background with hollow rectangle in foreground, the colors will not be mixed as seen in the picture below. I have also implemented the feature where user is able to change the default color palette in the input parameters as you wish.

I need an ea for building order pyramid, which not just set new serien of orders based on levels, fibo level, price hs run down pips etc ...etc... But only set order using following conditions:a
0/ continuously keep an eye on min margin percentage level like dont send new order if level falls below 600%
1/ keep max order number constant for example = 5 (when a order hit TP, a new stop order will be triggered)
2/ find local extreme (minor lower low, minor higher high on the down move main dominant bias DOWN, or minor higher low, minor higher high for the main dominant bias UP) to set Stop order,
3/find on the left mitigation level s potential level to set stop order
4/ so that stop order only triggered when price did re-stest minor higher high for the sell or minor lower low for the buy direction; or trigger only when price trip over the previous mitigation level
5/ also check in general only selling from premium price area, when buy then only buy in discount area, based on fibo retracement from the last extreme
6/ when find price past the 50% advantaged area, then close all by half, run as far as target TP, when come to 10% of the final, remove TP, nd only close order if retrace more than 10% oft the trade distance it had run

Do you know something can do that already exist

Can I find a coder who can make a custom indicator from already existing standard indictors?..
Its pretty simple, AO , AC, stoch, sar and slope .. when conditions meet, signal long or signal short..

the system has been back tested with very nice results, but It is a pain to check all the indicators, so having them in one signal would be good.
The system may be later coded into EA and can be traded fully automatically.
But first I want to have the indicator,
so, anybody can do that?

That indicator depends on other files not provided to properly work. You can use this if you want.

hello
i have a indicator which check break out price line.
here we can see Red line is sell line and Blue is buy line.
when price break Red sell line i want to get alert vice versa Blue buy line.
but i want to wait upto 2 bars until Red or Blue signal bar break out signal bar.
for instance, below picture yellow number 1 is valid signal because it break Red line in 2 bars so want to get alert.
also yellow number 2 is valid because it also break down red line but number 3 is not valid because it not break in 2 bars.
number 4 Blue also invalid because it didn't break and also number 5 is invalid.
pls help me! thanks much
