US SP500 testing from the above 4530 zone....until 4520 zone they are only re-loading longs, and catching stops.
But below 4520/4530 zone, only fast spikes allowed, otherwise wind will change, imho.

+39 pips FDXM gained so far today.

2nd retest 870 zone was OK, but now US will lead the game.....while 900 is acting now as resistance, before usual 925 zone.
I will try to stay stick current prices and with light positions.

Hi. What price feed do you use for FDXM and FDXS? And how does it compare to the MT4-CFD feed? Thanks.

1. My Bank/Broker is direct linked to EUREX Fankfurt/Zurich (here below a current FDXM example)
I traded this way since 2 decades ago, no problems in terms of spread, prices and so on.
It's an online division of phisical Bank with employers and humans, and a couple of branches 15/30 min walk from my house.

2. DAX CFD are from XETRA Frankfurt prices and currently they are 3/4 pts higher than DAX FUTURES prices (Sept expiration) both on XETRA/EUREX platform and on my Bank/Broker.

3. I use MT4/MT5 only for charts (as this is my Bank/Broker weak point) but I see only very very slight difference on price vs EUREX /XETRA official prices, let's say 1 or 2 pts differences sometimes, but very very limited.

If I relook at it, it was foolish thing to go against the trend.
Perhaps I got married to my idea which is not a good trading practice that there should be retracement at least after 20 consecutive rise or consolidation days.
My problem is I feel I can not learn by watching alone.
I can learn only from action. Though I am careful to hedge positions and take time to review for releasing the lock.

912 right now closed 1 DAX CFD 882 for +30 p DAX CFD=+6 pips FDXM

Thank you. I'm thinking to open a Futures account only for the price feed as the CFD price differences - even of reputable FX brokerages - are significant. As CFDs are not regulated every LP shows "his opinion of future prices".

Markets, specially US Markets are on solid uptrend for political, economic, financial reasons.
After Gov and Central Banks spent billions and billions, they don't allow fall into the markets, and when this happens, suddenly markets recovered in magical way.

So fast and sharp dips may happen anytime even in this ultra bullish scenario we live in, so imho, your choice was understandable. Only you had to wait the magic moment, that's all!

Long lethargic market phases will be replaced by fast accelerations phases, this is the way they moved the markets lastmonths....we'll see next.

+45 pips FDXM gained so far today.

Waiting for a break up 925 zone to retest yd highs, but for now it's only a wishful thinking..we'll see.

DAX CASH INDEX trapped in range slight above key level, tested 2 times this morning.....we'll see during US session if it was enough.

It seems they want retest last friday lows (4520 zone for US SP500) just at the US official open.......
