4h closed below the Q1 level. Bulls may be sneaking this last 4h.. That fat lady has yet to sing. A week close below may not be enough.. 1709 on the year close, is the difference of bear verses bull. Trends are bearish the past few months. Fed looks to raise rates. Most month trends are still bullish. This area 1492 1598 175x/58 and 1709 are still alive support to beat. Once below 1598.. 1792 attraction is better.

8/17 COT report, for the week 8/11 to 8/17, Eur price moved from high 1.1804 on 8/13 to low 1.1708 on 8/17, hedge funds added massive longs and reduced some Eur shorts for the week... I guess how important 1709 figure that Gator pointed out early...

8/17 COT report, for the week 8/11 to 8/17, GU price moved from high 1.3888 on 8/11 to low 1.3726 on 8/17, hedge funds closed some longs and reduced some Eur shorts for the week

Eu is still bearish. Based on weekly I think price could be trapped between a tight range for several weeks. Maybe 1.1610 and 1.1860.
Below 1.1610 could be rejected for several weeks. Overall trend is bearish on weekly and very bearish on daily and extremely bearish on H4. But those tough levels below have some serious bouncing potential.
I will be aware of gator's numbers. They are really dangerous.
Thanks to boulder for COT sharing. Seems it's flashing red light for bears. I will trade eu in both ways next week. I'm still bearish on it but I will be ready for a possible sudden spike.

Bears got a week close below 1709. Possible gap above 1709 Sunday. I kind of think after 1783. Just spit balling here. The last few months the trend is down. I just think this area 1598/1709 is tough and needs large closes below. 1733, 1772, 1819 even 1964 has some potential. That's if we get stuck here at the current lows.
