I think it has something to do with S/R....Or pivot point....I know you can change the time frame whereby these are programmed...I have circled them in blue below.

Probably not. Fractals are typically off of swing highs/lows. I made a fractal s/r indicator many moons ago. Pretty handy.

I think it is an updated version of this but I can't find the file. or It might be this one that says daily dot sr indicator where you can change the stars to an arrow. but I don't think that is the original name he changed it in the source code.
