I am not aware of any method based on the days open data. But you you can clearly identify ranges by just looking at simple price patters.

I think you should note about Volume of H4 or H1, even previous of Daily candle
And Wednesday, Thursday, is high volume of the week. Friday market has tending to move sideway.
