I think it's definitely more probable to reach 1.1710 before 1.1935.
We need gator to resolve it.

some possible support on a 12h close above 1788, but its bearish w/o (bearing in mind 1709 is/may be, tough). A bounce may lead to 1823 or 1858 for 12h R. But it could be higher. The close may show the direction after. Pa this close to 1709, may be spongy. Till closed below on the month and Q.

Above chart shows a possible bull wedge..

looking again, 1822/23 has a pull. It or 1858 may be a place to pend some. It is bearish, but 1788 needs to be retaken on the close 5est. If not, the wedge break odds, and 1822 increase a little.
