Great call on gold, daily RSI looks like it is pushing down. Previously you were saying we could probably see a push to 1900 etc, do you think that'll be coming in the next couple of weeks - months?

Many believe that trading only needs to know predicting price direction, but in fact, you need little more than that to be a successful trader.

1.You need a good analysis to be able to predict the direction of the market .
2.You need a good strategy that can tell you where to enter, SL, and different targets level.
3.You need to follow good money management, that's a tricky one as some risk only 1% and others more, there is no really a certain way. You have to be aware of the risk you take. I know some traders who took more than the usual risk but on the other hand, they select their trades very very carefully.

4.Trade management: I saw many traders making the right call, a great one. Yet they end up losing money or with a little profit, why is that? simply because managing the trade requires certain skills. My friend X bought oil on 65 level this week as the price collapse and he did know that this one is a great opportunity. Price collapse after the OPEC announcement regarding the changes in oil production and that the news effect will not last long, yet he manages his trade so badly and did close his position quite early and that was very bad trade management.

5.Herd mentality: You have to understand how people in large groups behave in a predictable way, we must be able to read the crowd collective move and how does that affects the market. You can see clearly that when some certain pair get good news yet the price started falling as the crowd didn't like it.

6.Timing: You cant jump in trade any time or just because a good setup appears, your duty as a trader is to check the time fact, is it at the end of the LO session or start of NY session, and so on.

Thats a number of things you need to know in order to become a successful trader making enough profit and making living on it.

There we go, 1.375 tapped on but looks like resistance point now.

Oil:
I am still long on Oil from 65,50 area, have to break the top of the last big bearish bar to get confirmed that it shall resume up move.
