I do not understand why your guys keep replying to issues via help center tickets, when I already told them I cannot access it (login problems). Finally one person replied me via email today but only on the old issue.

Current/ New ongoing issue: cannot login at all to help center (to view tickets) with the same id/pw used for main site. Still not fixed until now.

Hi, just wanted to update that the Help team has gotten back to me over the weekend and issue has been resolved. Today everything is working smoothly, thanks!

UPDATE:
The Help ticket system is a work in progress. Help says to ignore notifications to login/sign up to view replies there. Seems they will still reply via email if you write in for any problems.
Forex Trading Room on June 21 – 25, 2021

Here's today's recording Forex Trading Room Session.

In today’s trading room, we analyzed the charts for the upcoming week. We start with the higher time frames and then check the lower time frames to look for intraday opportunities.

We discussed the consequences of the high-impact (interest rate update) news released Thursday on the USD and the JPY.

The week started with a small retracement, but we highlighted that the pressure of the range breakout is still valid for a stronger USD and JPY.

We also took a short swing trade on the EURCHF, on a descending channel. Wait and see.

@The5ersTF I have another question.

I recall reading somewhere (but I can't remember where) that if you move your SL to lock in profits the margin will be released for that position and one can thus pyramid the trade, which is supposedly unique to 5ers since other firms do not offer this.

I checked the FAQ on main site but can't find this there... can you check if the above applies? Thanks!

There's no such thing.

Only if you lock your profits by opening a counter-trade (which is like closing your trade...)

Remember - an SL is not guaranteed in a real account, and a margin is not released as long as the trade is open.

As for the program

We understand that traders have made violations, either due to a lack of understanding of the rules or because they were not familiar with MT5.

We are manually checking the trades of all those who pass Challenge #1, and even if a trader had more violations than allowed, s/he could still pass to the second level (as per our analyst discretion).
In Challenge #2, the trader must respect the rules and avoid any violations.

I see this program having a big success...as of now (few minutes after reopening) despite of "it will be open for a few days" the website is having hard time...lots of peole trying to sign up
