I don't know if its my feed, but price goes my was then takes me out and then go the 20. With the 5 2 setting i am getting mainly +2's

Do you guys have the same problem ?
Slippage is biggest problem for me at the moment.

Yup. I've tried many different timeframes. It happens. It's part of scalping. You can certainly play with the money management a bit to see if you come up with something better, like going to +2 at 10, or go with an all or nothing strategy, maybe +16 or bust.

Well what I have noticed is sometimes price goes fast from +3 for example to +14 and then back to +2, we can change step two that if price goes to +14 SL goes to +6 and the rest manual .

Also back testing is not working for me, I have been making video's of the sessions and if I back test price slips even more.It is difficult to tweak these kind of things. It must be that I have bad tick data of something.

I have been doing ok, it's mostly halve wins and +2's, but it frustrating seeing price going to +6 and then bid and ask widen I get taken out and price still goes to 20
Back testing is tough. Forward testing is the only way to go, in my opinion. Back testing only allows for bigger ideas to develop. The devil is in the details, however, and that is in forward testing.

You could try a limit order once it goes 10 ticks beyond entry. It's riskier, but might be what you are looking for.

Here is an idea if you keep getting BE. Try management where you have 2 targets (2 contracts, or any even number). When the 1st target is hit move the remaining SL to that negative distance behind the entry. Example: Target 1 is hit at 10ticks, remaining SL is moved to -10ticks so the whole trade is now at BE but you will still have 20 ticks of space between the currrent price and your BE SL

i use the 40 seconds chart mostly , if its slow i use the 30s

lol when is the NQ ever slow?

I tried the seconds charts but turned me from scribbles to scrambled lol ... I'm not good enough for those quick bars.
1 hit, 2 misses. Wasn't quick enough with the chart window on the short, but the low was a tick higher. Started to lose concentration and missed the long.

Yesterday was good but I wasn't fast enough, have to work on that.

I never knew "Russell Rebalancing" was a thing. Be careful today.

"June is the month that the preliminary reconstitution portfolio is communicated to the marketplace. Beginning on June 4, preliminary lists are communicated to the marketplace and updates are provided on June 11, 18, and 25. The newly reconstituted indexes take effect after the market close on June 25."

I'm not sure it will effect the NQ, but it might, as people and companies reposition their stock holdings.
