. The state of mind is the most important. How are you doing? We haven't chat a while... The first trade closed 1:17 risk to reward. Second one still running, so far 1:18 due to smaller stop loss. BTW: Those two blue arrows are my previous shorts at EU as well. First one - closed. Second one - so far doing well.

Hello Everyone, I was interest to learn about Supply and Demand but when I am looking for the clear rules, I didn't get it yet. Is in the group any clear rules to help me understand about Supply and Demand analysis? Thanks, sonifx77
hey, so I can tell you what I personally look for in price to determine a trade.
I look for price to make lower lows and lower highs which defines a downtrend. If I told you that price always to go back to its source, that is, the source of the move which is also where we look for a trade. that source can be the beginning of a move or somewhere in the middle which is a flag. so theirs 2 possible ways that price can move from. That's pretty much it! The trick is to do multi time frame analysis to determine the source. here is an example.
every yellow mark (above chart) is a high and low, which also happens to be the source of the move. you can see that price makes a high and moves lower. what happens next is price going back to the source of the move, so the high, before going lower again. this is looking at it on a higher time frame.
the next step is to zoom in on an area to look for a short. we look for the same thing, that is, highs and lows. when price moves down and makes a new low, price then goes back up to the ''source'' of the move. we look for a short by the source.
Iv'e numbered 1-5 to mark out the highs and lows of this particular move down from a higher time frame chart.
from point 1 to 2 is one move down and it created a flag on the 4 hour chart (above chart). from 2 to 3, price is going back to its ''source'' of move 1 to 2, (chart below will then show you that) but in doing so, it created another supply (point 3) on 4 hour chart which can be shorted again when looked at from a lower tie frame such as the 1 hour.
what I'm trying to say is if you can pick the highs and lows on a higher time frame, you then find the source of the move which will either be at the top of that move (the high) or in the middle of the move (a flag) which in turn can be traded. and to find the source, you need to go into a lower time frame to find it. price always goes back to its source, no matter what! The problem is finding the source, and to do that you need to look on a higher time frame. hope i made my self clear somewhat?
