I think it drop because of the G7 meeting. The world economy is better. The rich countries share more than 1 billions Covid Vaccines for the poor.

I can see some retracement coming. Probably best to just sit out for now and reload again if it stretches beyond 1900.
A 1 pip gain is better than a 1 pip loss.

Awesome patience! I kept scalping and missed out on the big moves although I did get quite some profit from my scalps. I guess a win is still a win as long as it isn't a loss! Have a good weekend!

Looks like gold just wants to keep dropping!

4H on 2 bars ago was a bearish engulfing and it just keeps coming. 1868 area should be coming soon.

I keep seeing bullish divergences on gold but I never see the retracement coming at all sadly.

At this very stage, Gold looks to be oversold up to the 1h timeframe, still can see it going lower but at this stage, only looking for small buys for some correction before a further move down. 3 June bearish engulfing candle is still effective. It is still pushing past that previous low. Got a minor support at 1853 and another in the 1841-1843 region.

Any thoughts?

I believe we have hit a major support level (without much data) that can make gold go either way. Not a time to open trade IMO.
