I find his use of Fibs. to find the Optimal Trade Entry very ambiguous I don't tend to use them I prefer Structure M1 usually

Thank you, it's very educational especially your chart.
May I ask, when you draw your Order Blocks, do you count the wick or just the body of the last candle? And how do you take the use of the gap (how does it help use in your trading decision)?

Hi Nick;

It depends on the size of the wicks if they are too big I'll use the Bodies.

It comes down to personal preference and gut feeling

Gaps will usually get Filled, eventually

We can Trade back into a Gap to get it Filled or take a Trade away from a Gap after it has been Filled

The chart below shows a GAP I highlighted here Post 1,666

It was the Drop I saw on M1 that drew my attention to it, it was Fast and Inefficient

When you see Price Drop like that it means all the Buy Orders, at that Level have been Consumed by the Sellers or the Buy Orders at that Level have been "Pulled" from the Market

The dramatic Drop is Price looking for the next Zone where there are Both Buyers and Sellers willing to conduct Business

This Level was found within the Bullish Order Block (M30) seen in the Post above this is where Price found "Balance"

I took one long trade and one short trade today

The long trade: -1.5 pips (got out early thanks to Steve's alert)
The short trade: +9 pips (as picture below, I'm still learning how to mark the chart to be easier to understand)

I only use a Stop in case of an unusual event that moves Price to fast for me to react

Hi Steve

yeah Michael loves to talk and keeps on talking and talking! and before coming to the specific point cushioned it with less important things that one may miss / undermine the main point, he likes to mix it and it is difficult to pick what is really important for day trading.

- Fibs as i understood Michael which he didn't mention clearly though but my observation is, when price given a sudden move leave a GAP, and at time with a BOS of m1 (but not necessarily), price mostly retraces back to fill the gap at a specific Fib level for an entry.
