Any level can be broken at the right time...for example, now it was not the right time to reach the monthly 250 pips ATR at 1.22353 missed by only 0.3 pips...the weekly target of 150 pips at 1.22758 is very close to the monthly target of 300 pips ATR at 1.22853...most likely 2 targets reached with a single shot, if not missed both again...

27.59 isn't holding. but 15 min up still shows a bullish flow.

Eth 2458 may have been a buy, btc 34,333.. Brokers pricing differ. So they are an area. If Bitcoin reaches for 3433 again.. Eth may offer a new buy. Blood in the streets. light eth support 2292. 2458 was probably eth's norm..

Its called DBSI. But its useless w/o having some support or R benchmark. It helps me consider the money flow in. The larger the number. The stronger the direction.. The closed candles here are bullish and its around support (green circle).. The open candle favors bears. (red circle). This is a 1h candle.. The larger time frames are bullish.

Just as an example, the red circled 19 + the -3 =22. 22 is usually a strong indication for direction. But the larger time frames are bullish.. So you have treat this 1h bearish sign with some skepticism.
