I don't think it is the threat of inflation traders need to worry about.
But rather, the ramped up media frenzy about the threat of inflation.

Markets have disconnected from the reality, eternal QE is a must or risking total collapse of the entire monetary system and markets world wide. This is a fact, not to be even discussed, this also does not mean that markets will crush or correct in near future, all this fiasco can last for many years further on, there is a reason behind it and for sure the main point will be total reset of depth, when and what fundamental reasons will be given is another story.

Since inflation and bond prices are negatively correlated bond holders should always be concerned by the threat however small.
