LONDON BIG BOYS are on holiday today, as CHINA and JAPAN last night, so I expect a calm day today..we'll see.
As I wrote on my last friday post, I bought 2 DAX CFD 098,5 on typical late friday evening dip, month end.
the same way they made on july 2020, december 2020, october 2020 and some other end month I don't remember now.
No rush to close for now, I'll wait 200 or 240 zone, last friday highs.

Typical MAY behaviour is on downside, as indicated by the average of last 20 years on DAX composite, here below.
We'll see....you know market is not moving in straight way, but on ups and downs waves.

Volumes in the DAX Micro will rise for sure., but the Broker handeling costs/commisions for a Micro DAX are approx. the same as for a Mini DAX. Not likely the cost per contract will drop much lower.

The handeling (Broker commisions/profit) costs are also calculated in the spread of a CFD contract.
So not so much difference between a CFD or a Micro DAX contract.

On the orher hand you have much more flexebilities with scaling out your positions/overnight trades with Micro DAX contracts.
With a 5 lot Micro DAX trade you pay totally E3.00<>E4.00 more commision then with 1 lot Mini DAX.

If you scalp for a few points only, Micro's are to expensive indeed (same as CFDs are).
If you go for a 10 point plus trade its not such a big deal.
It's better to be out wishing to be in... than to be in wishing to be out!

Just back to check last DAX CFD bought 098,5 was closed at 148 for +149,5 p DAX CFD=+30 pips FDXM

Yes, that's right, I agree.
That's why I prefer to trade as always I did last year, DAXCFD +FDXM, sometimes FDAX.
MICRO under observation and some scalp for at least 30 p...if it will be possible.

I will add only below 15100 zone, otherwise I will wait again a decent recovery towards 200 and above, but for now trend is on downside and 175 FDXM zone= 160/165 for DAX CASH INDEX will probably act as resistance now.

US Futures market seem let's say more democratic than Euopean futures markets.....more people, more traders, probably a better mix Institutionals/Professionals retailers, more contracts, lower commissions (generally speaking).
Eurex is no the leader, it's only following and copying what US did months/years ago.....imho.

DAX FUTURE chart update 13:15CET: key levels worked well this morning, but in the end we remain inside same previous range, so it's easier to respect previous key levels in this scenario.

Today looked like good old days are back.... for now
The positions grid for TP and entry was working well like two weeks before.
