I'm still trying to understand basic concepts. Can anyone explain me in details at which rule AKT is referring in this chart (the Monthly one) as the trend line rule and the exception applied in this chart?
Maybe it is the rule of realignment at a higher TF Dz when the momentum has been lost?
If yes, I don't understand two things:
1) couldn't find the reason underlying the exception to this rule indicated in the chart in case in which the zone is not fresh before the break of momentum
2)Besides, i thought the rule of alignment was meant to be used ONLY on middleTF, to guide us to be aware of the risk to go on following the trend when momentum is lost, so thAt we can go on following it only if substained by a greater force (an HTF unfilled stack of orders) which can be able to restore the initial trend, am i right?... but here , we are in the monthly chart, used as curveTF, at the Dz in the extreme.... So i cannot understand why to check to a higher TF (4M for example?) in order to be allowed to buy ... I mean, since the buy, if will ever happen, will be at the daily chart, it seems to me as a useless exercise (surely i'm wrong
) , because beeing at the low extreme of the curve should be sufficient to start looking for buying opportunities on the lower (Entry Daily TF), isn't it. Or it has something to do with the short-term vs long term of the potential trade to take? Some enlightments and details could be very useful in understanding this rule (when to apply, at which TF and its exceptions, as in this chart, i mean, the market reasons that justify an exception)

So i have a trade set up that price is coming close to the level that i'm interested in. what do you guys think? any views on it?
