DislikedFurther adventures in candle counting to determine turns + Another GEM from H.W.Steele (youtube) I don't know if this was what @udithag was on about 1. Count candles in a swing 2. (count ^ 1.5) = y 3. From origin of the swing, there will usually be a turn y candles later + https://youtu.be/_5920Khi4y0 + https://youtu.be/6yH0I1o2HPc + CheersIgnored

DislikedI missed the downfall to be honest :/ Was 'busy' with other things ( slapping self ) The math: sin(30) * high of marked top ( numerical equivalent full number ) --> sin(30) * 73.148 (high x 100) = -72.2725372391 -72.2725372391 / 3 = -24.0908457464 [ ignore the sign ] Thus look for turns every 24.0908457464 candles ( x0.5, x1, x1.5, x2, etc etc) Why divide by 3? Jenkins books mention the significance of numbers 2, 3 and 5 I personally divide by 3 and by 4 and see which fits best What the candle counts do is ALERT and warn you to be on the lookout...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi. I have been trying to understand this method. I'm not sure how to get the same results, like the negative number. For instance sin(30)=0.5 when I multiply the high with 0.5, I get half. How do you get the -72.2725.. Is there something I'm missing here. Are you able to go step by step with another pair high price. Thank you in advance.Ignored
