No doubt slow broker feed produce noise and this is the biggest problem with my broker also and I complained twice about the issue. Today I experienced a 20-second delay between ticks on one of my source chart. The broker representative told me that this is to be expected although he admitted that this delay was too high but this was due to the open of the New York session when American and European traders are online. I think that because I trade from Cyprus using a broker located in Canada that has his servers in the US might be the problem.

WTI went down 96¢ today with a low ATR that produced 10 winning trades and 1 break even trade. This was a lot better than yesterday.

May I know Which Broker you are with now (the Canadian one)

I have been with OANDA Canada since 2005. Anyone can open an account as long as he/she has a bank account in Canada. A few European brokers are also in Canada but most have left due to stringent conditions. Here is the list Current CIPF Members .

WTI went up $1.81 today with a slightly below average ATR that produced 10 winning trades and 2 break even trade. The beginning of the session is not shown since the chart would be way too small.

I'm not expecting much liquidity today as most of the world is on a holiday. But remember US markets are open and things seem to getting a little volatile across asset classes. Probably temporary. I expect crude to stay in this relatively tight trading range unless we get some unexpected news. It's been in this range for a couple weeks now.

Once it broke through that $59 handle it sold off hard. Not looking good for WTI longs. I've been reading it's weakening on a weaker demand outlook. We'll see what happens tomorrow as trading is seeing some thinner holiday volume.

I thought that in half the world today is a non-working day so I will not engage in trade even though oil could fall. Weak volatility and who knows what the whole day will look like.
Now, in the evening, look a little and see the miracles. Oil over $ 3 down and over 5.20% - you could make a lot of money today.
I hope someone else was luckier than me.

WTI went down $2.44 today with a high ATR that produced 3 break even trades and 8 winning trades with one huge trade in mid session.

WTI went up 40¢ or 1% today with a below average ATR that produced 6 winning trades, 3 break even trades and 2 losing trades. If it wasn't for the last 2 trades it would have been a lousy trading day.

WTI went up 36¢ today with a low ATR that produced 2 break even trades and 7 winning trades. Like yesterday the best trades were the last ones that produced a nice "V".
