Here is my first ever request. I would appreciate if a programmer would replace the sound in the RenkoColorChangeAlarm indicator when a new Renko brick is generated by the "New Brick Up/Down" sounds instead. The 3 files are included in the zip file since .wav files cannot be uploaded in FF. Thanks in advance. {file}
In addition to mntiwana's post above which I just saw as I'm about to post this;
- alert options pop/push/email/sound
- sound file names input, note that if the popup is on, it's sound still gets played
- sound files have to be in the brokers terminal program folder, not the account terminal's data folder
- added UP/DOWN to msg

Thank you for your valuable time. You are entirely correct the 2 wave files go in the sound folder of the MT4 concerned. The sound files belong to the RenkoShade3 indicator that produce an overly Renko chart on normal charts. Unfortunately I don't have the mq4 for this indicator so I have no clue of the coding to activate the sound. You might wish to try it and you will see how it works. Since I mostly trade with Renko charts it would be nice to hear the up/down sound along with the message.

Does anyone have an accurate MTF ATR indicator by any chance. I found one but figures are wrong compared to the stock MT4 one. Basically I'd like to see the H1 ATR value on the H4 chart.

Hi
I'm looking for anyone who could help develop this EA that i believe has a great potential when managed by the system it self.
Basically the pattern that we want is not based on any fixed characteristics but open ended system.
The system activates a sell order when price breaks the 2 or more Higher Lows (HL) but the sell order must be at the same price with the previous Higher Highs SL few pips above the highest high.

In the Example below , the System would have had 3 active Sell prices at the HHs but only 1 Higher High sold off the price.

I donīt think it is possible. It is in the nature of this indicator to be a repainter (it recalculates better said).

- no one is obligated to do anything for you
- in your 3 posts on this forum, including the above, you've made 1 request
- that 1 request from 2016 is not so simple, you just saying something is simple is irrelevant to the person that is doing it, it still takes time to write and debug
- there are free online ea builders you can use
- if you don't get a satisfactory response for someone to do it for free, and you don't want to make it yourself, and if it's worth making at all then mql5.com/en/job

The coders here are doing it out of their FREE WILL, with the FREE TIME they have in their lives.

And just go think about this :

Who does stuff for FREE, and will take nonsense for it..? NO ONE

In my humble opinion, coders here do things for two reasons only :

1...To hone their own skills

2...In doing nr 1 , they are helping where they can.

They are under NO OBLIGATION to help anybody.

I myself has had requests that just also did not get answered, and I accept that.

I accept that these guys DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN THEIR NON REPLY TO ME.

They are humans, with their own lives, own schedules, own interests.

Maybe the request we here send them , just dont interest them , so be it.
Or maybe the coders here at the time works in indicators, not EAs, ever thought about that ?

In the end, the rest of us are thankful if we get a bite on our line, and we work with that.

"You wash my back, and I will comb yours"....is the idea...hehehe!!! - "you come with a good idea, thats tickles my interest, I help"

Its not to say if for example a philantropist like Sir Richard Branson or who ever, does stuff for free, you can go shout at his door, for the simple reason because he is not doing stuff for YOU for free...am I right..?

Chill dude, take a load off, if no one wants to help for FREE, do what the rest of the wold does and help grow the glowbal GDP, and PAY FOR SHIT
