I contact the company and they gave me the solution to fix the problem. I had to change "autodetect" to false.

Sometimes forex brokers provide symbols with a prefix or suffix. The Trade Manager tries to automatically recognize these additional characters in symbol names, but sometimes it is necessary to disable auto-detection of prefixes and suffixes or manually set them in the "Prefix" or "Suffix" fields.

In this case, disabling auto-detection solved the problem.

{quote} You can set stop loss and take profit by moving lines or directly on the panel. Also it is possible to set in configuration tab fixed default SL/TP values. The question is: there should be always sell order below the candle and buy order below the candle? I mean that click lower half of the candle will draw lines for sell order and click upper half o the candle draw lines for buy order. Of course this is possible to change type of order by moving stop loss line below or over the open line.

is it possible to move TP after the order has been filled by dragging the TP line?

Currently, when placing an order, the program sets TP each time. You can simply drop TP after placing the order.
Trailing stop, partial profit closing and break even will work without TP (except for the option to calculate the trigger point as a% of the distance from the opening price to TP).
We are slowly approaching the release of an update with new open / stop / target lines with a new look and new features. This will allow us to extend functionality and in one of the next updates, we will add the option to place an order without TP.

Not currently, but it will be possible. We are working at this.

If the comment is placed in the order, it is also readable after closing the order in the order history, unless it is changed on the broker's server.

We have a few variants of closing orders but option "close and reverse" is not available yet. It is on the to-do list.

Yes, it can.
You can set in the Trade Manager settings to manage only orders with magic number set by another EA:

or you can set that Trade Manager should manage orders regardless of Magic Number set value:

It's likely I have an incorrect setting that's causing this. Please advise.

One instance of MT4 with the trade manager running on the same instrument but three different charts. Each has a different magic number. Any change made in the trade panel settings on one chart automatically changes the settings of the other two instances to match. How to avoid this?

See screenshot of settings.

Hello reo4ua

Each instance works like an independent program, so one program should not affect the other.
I checked on my MT4. I opened two GBPUSD M15 charts and set up a different MagicNumber on each of them and gave different settings in the panel. I closed the platform and restarted and the settings remained correct. After that, I changed the settings variously and was unable to replicate this problem.
Generally, each opened chart in the metatrader has its own unique ID. Both the metatrader and Trade Manager follow this ID when saving and loading the settings.
Maybe the problem is that you are using chart templates?
Contact us here https://www.investsoft.eu/contact and provide more information (screenshots or videos). We will check.

Thanks FXsniper111 for your suggestion. We are constantly updating our program and we have a lot of interesting things to add. I also add your proposal to the to-do list in Trade Manager.

When one buys your EA, does it come with the manual?

For now, ASAP, I need to understand the basic settings. I want to put in my risk, the correct SL, and with one click be in the trade.
I might like to have 2 positions. I might want to move to BE.

Then I want the EA to close my trade when I hit the % I've added (2R as example).

I'm not tech-savvy (understatement) and your EA now has lots of bells and whistles. I've read the thread.

Hope I can figure it out quickly and be up to speed. Also, are you offering a discount soon? Thank you.

Hello ForexGalVA,

We make every effort to build our software to be as intuitive for the user as possible. All functions are described either on our blog or in the form of a video. However, recently the program is so advanced that we have gathered all this information in one place and we are already finishing a consistent user guide

Attached Image (click to enlarge)

Size: 116 KB

It will be available soon on our blog https://www.investsoft.eu/blog
We do not attach it to the program in the form of a PDF document because we are constantly developing Trade Manager, so we will also update the user manual on the website.

For now, in the Trade Manager for MT4 and MT5 you can quickly place market orders directly from the panel or by visually planning the opening levels of the trade, as well as stop and target levels on the chart, and the program will calculate for you the size of the transaction as well as the stop and target value in the account currency

There are break even and trailing stop functions

and partial profit/loss closing:

if you have any questions, you can always write to us here: https://www.investsoft.eu/contact
We do not have a discount action planned for now.

We remind you that it is possible to test the Trade Manager free of charge for 7 days before the purchase.

Hello,

I like the visual representation of the EA.

I have a question please with regard to the partial profit close (with trailing stop, breakeven, and step above).

In the manual on your product's website, it reads "Attention! The partial closing based on the Risk Reward distance works only if the Stop Loss is below the opening price for BUY orders or above the opening price for SELL orders. Therefore, do not use this option in conjunction with “Break Even” and “Trailing Stop” functions."

Will you in the future enable entering a trade market or pending order) with more than one order and handling each trade with its own partial take profit/break even/ trailing/step above?

For example, the manager would enter the market with two/three/four lots. Each lot will have its own trailing, breakeven, etc...

Thanks
