Best chart background for your eyes

After viewing a few hours a day charts I was wondering which color of the background would be "easier" on my eyes? As far as I know darker background provides less strain on your eyes right? And the worse is the blue color.

Anyone?

I use grey color 84,96,107 as background
Green Bull candle
FireBrick Bear candle

I feel comfortable using light yellow for background. Much better than white or dark ones.

What about black background? Would that be the best for lesser strain on eyes?

Looks nice but blue color strains the eyes the most.

We all see things differently and having traded for many years I have gone through many chart color settings and this works best for me, I'm sure it will not work best for anyone else



I use indicator : 5) PVSRA Candles Set v2 (Black) to set the colors of my candles. Red is a powerful color and having a chart of Red candles when price was moving down often made me panic and sell, I guess it was a physiological thing with how my mind works.
