Without trading education, making profit not possible. One needs very deep understanding of the market. Most newbies make the mistake of not focusing on learning. They focus on earning without learning. And lose the money on continuous basis.
can you please ensure the knowledge you have acquire actually works in a real account? in my experience of course not.

Ensure is another topic, but yes, you can put an effort in to understanding what you have learn before in demo account into real account. But surely, you will not have a great win loss rate, it is expected.

For newbie small capital is good. Actually what I think is when you start forget about capital and profit. Focus on knowledge and skills. Most traders make this mistake, they focus on profit at the first hand. They don't realize that forex trading requires specific knowledge and skills. I would recommend to study and research as much as possible.

capital is more important , small capital cant save you for all time if there is no most powerful analyzing trade knowledge , so we have to make sure first of all money and risk management.

Without it, trading success is never possible. Every trader should gain knowledge about trading. It is never possible to survive in trading without acquiring the right knowledge.

To be on the safe side its better to make sure that you are better equipped to trade with huge funds and have a good strategy before you can trade with them. Trading with smaller funds is more ideal for me and you can gradually increase your investment as you see good results from your trading strategy.

when as newcomer need a best education guide first of all should choose baby pips school which contains all basic knowledge and experience , besides this demo can be best part of education level.

demo is important , agree with you but the knowledge we take from demo honestly speaking not works in a real account , because in demo there is no emotions work when trading.
Personally, I think that we do not take certain knowledge from the demo account, we develop a certain practice, and these are slightly different things.

its a very common thing that will happen of course with no doubt . so we have to take it easily.
