So with the election and the BoE rate decision in the offing, are you US dollar bearish or US dollar bullish in the near term, meaning this trading week?

Yes I voted.

Actually I like to hold USD and benefit from a high yielding versus low yielding.. not the main factor, but also cause recently Fed highlights and keeps focus on inflation risk. That means it's a touch far to price in rate-cuts, overall.

I was $ bull on GBP/USD today and it went my way, then started rising, approaching my stop. I flipped at breakeven, figuring I could get back in if I like what's going on. I think I got psychologically whipped by my trade, though, I may still long $ this week...

There is a potential 4 hour bullish head and shoulders pattern setting up on the major dollar crosses.

I believe Canandian dollar should be a good position to take against the dollar for this week, plus the price for crude has increase.

I am going short on USD/CAD, for this week

we have some bidding action going on off the 8950 level, i knew we would get a bounce here, head line resistance comes in at 9050 to 9080 roughly... we need a break of 8950 to open up a possible test of 8900...
