I am thinking that maybe pfs are standard dev channels. Diff with pf is you can plot it before the channel is formed (3 pivots) while sdc you plot it when the channel has formed.

You really have to study and learn that pitchforks are totally different than channels because they have their own mathematical probability that many have talked about in this thread and others.

Try to find the Action Reaction course by Andrews and you will find more answers.

I added the other charts as I got to the trade late, but you can see my idea I think. The 4h was pointing upward, and there was clear buying on the 1m chart. Lets see if I can get out with profit.

Notice volume increasing on the bottom showing buying activity coming in.

Follow up
I didn't see the AR set completely, out for small profit, but you could have reversed if you wanted to play the fade off the resistance/top trendline.
