I am an order flow trader. I look for break or engulf of important areas/ decisions which were taken in the past to raise or lower prices. Once that key level is engulfed or broken, I then wait to see a trick being played to grab liquidity/stops from retail. I entry after the trick has been played.

Timeframe just allows for easy visual representation of price, so it doesn't matter. I only tend to trade the lower timeframes just so I can get in and out of trades faster.

US30 update. Should have closed the trade after that downmove but was away. Well, I opened a new short and now set to BE. We'll see if it reaches ultimate target.
