Has a US president ever been arrested?

If you mean just a sitting president, then the only one is Ulysses S. Grant, who was arrested for speeding.
If you count over the course of a lifetime, then George W. Bush was arrested prior to becoming president for DUI.
Since the Watergate scandal, the Department of Justice has been operating under a guiding opinion that a sitting president cannot be indicted or charged with a crime. It’s important to note, however, that this not part of the Constitution, and it’s not in any a statute or court ruling either. It’s just the opinion of lawyers who worked in DOJ in the early 1970s.
If some enterprising prosecutor were to attempt to indict a president, it would most likely be challenged and the Supreme Court would then have to issue a definitive ruling.

Just watched a short clip on american universities. Are the kids dumb because of your multiple choice schooling system.

In America, no matter how smart the students are, once they are out of colleges, they will find out, most likely those A students work for C students in the real world.
