Gotta say that the server performance I am experiencing in verification stage is very bad. Sometimes 3 second delay compared to my other live accounts. When I watch the FTMO feed only I got faked out twice because of price feed frozen giving me wrong price action to co-inside with a signal... Can only price watch on my other datafeeds because of lack of reliability. Not sure what it is, I am pinging fine to the server, I restarted all my internet stuff and my pc to cross check if it was me, but it appears not.

Strange, one of my accounts is in verification as well. Not experiencing this issue. I am more of a swing trader though, so in all honesty, I simply may not be watching close enough.

Friend, probably most of the posters on this thread haven't bought or even intend to buy anything. They're all trading trial accounts! So I'm afraid they wont be able to help you

That's really messed up. It's best to send them a mail immediately stating the issue (if it still persists) so if it causes you to fall short or fail the verification they could be held accountable.

I cant find the reason behind it. IT could be a conflict with my internet or a dodgy sea line it could be anything. I cant blame them for it and as with the metrix thing, i wouldnt dare publicly blame them for fear of forum retribution.

Regardless, account is fine just got annoyed. I will adjust to it since i picked it up fairly quickly and will hopefully pass verification soon so i can go back to being invisible ha
Glad to see this thread is still lively as before.
Decided not to go ahead with the challenge last November. Waiting for 2nd week of January to give it a go.
But I'm quite worried that there are still issues encountered. I hope FTMO resolves most of it by next year.

Within 24 hours has been my experience.
I think that at this moment metrix is good but it lacks to be 100% reliable, FTMO may have the best intentions but its system is still not what traders want, I hope that by 2021 FTMO they will have Metrix working perfectly, at this moment with the latest Metrix update I have 418 trades in MT4 and 273 trades in Metrix.
It may be as a colleague says, it may be that several trades come together and join as one but that is not ideal

less than a dollar per trade paid out... They are likely earning more than that on the volume even without playing with the execution... pretty good biz.

Well done on passing the verifiication, anyway.

I'm fully satisfied that they're honest and genuine, and seek to fund traders.

But the varied technical problems their traders continue to have are a real nightmare.

I know it's not entirely their fault, and it's obviously not deliberate at all, and that they're trying to improve customer support now, but honestly ... as can easily be seen in this thread, their technical hazards have now been going on for years. It does make you wonder.

Today the server ran fine for me. Yesterday it didn't. The first time I failed was because metrix didnt update and i opened another trade. That appears to be rectified but im not paying attention to it anymore because to me its proven useless so I do my own metrix.
How to access to their chat? I didn’t find the link.
I find out they are very slow at answering emails if ever they do. Is it common?

Not sure why people ever bother with mails(unless chat wasn't satisfactory or for technical complaints} when there's a live chat option. Never mailed so i wouldn't know, but i get all my pressing questions answered instantly by Live chat reps.

Many possible reasons. Mine is because I use a corporate Mac OS and they use content blockers to block these kind of chat tools so I can’t even see the icon but I found a workaround.
