it was correctly expect which side price would move. today 139.45 then down to 139

i had a general question about liquidity don't we forex retail traders trade CFD and the big banks trade spot forex?
so is retail traders stop with a kind of CFD made a liquidity there? does it have value? the actual liquidity is spot, right?
