Looking to take this off about election day. Paid $1.35, looking to net better than 4x. Looks safe to about 3,100....

well I spent a lot of money on SPY calendars near the close.....Nov4/13 $300 puts and $345 calls, I legged in on SPY positions also, Nov $355 calls and $285 puts...some similar diddlings w/ SPX......need to get to Costco to load up on snacks b4 the apocalypse starts....

...ACTUALLY strangle was a Nov20 $290/355 for $2.70 debit. I sold each leg for Nov4 expiry today for 20c.

Nov20 $355 calls worth $3.80 today, I will wait until tomorrow to let the small short go off. Maybe cash it then or keep selling calls against it.

...with the Nov04 $345 calls itm, I had to cash out the $345 calendar for ok gain

Trading options is not preferred by everyone because in this we can buy or sell options on large amounts over a certain period of time. Also, risk is more and there is uncertainty of gains.
