I see it was stagnant but it did jump up after the announcement. Wondering why not sold it at the peak while other companies still trying/developing cures. Unless he knew they will stall... or there maybe some sort of legal regulation in selling own stocks that prohibits them after announcement.

He had to sell this under a predetermined plan (30 days prior) called a Rule 10b5-1. As the CEO, obviously, he probably manipulated the release of news to coincide with his planned sell date. Yeah, not illegal, but horrible in so many ways.

"Hectic scalp" haha.. but it is not really a scalp, sometimes it takes days. I let my trailing stop loss decides. My trading strategy is weird to most that is why I don't post it often. And I don't want to compete.
