Thanks for the link Matthew, i enjoyed the read. I can say personaly as a father who successfuly home schooled his two children that parents can play a cirtical role in "creating" experts. Though my two children grew up to enjoy vastly differing fields, one thing that they both have at a young age is a passion to learn how to be and do their best in their chosen fields. Daughter=Jet Mechanix / Son=FireFighter both loving it. I had nothing to do with teaching their career fields, but a whole lot about research, study, and application.
