I struggled a lot with this my self in the past. My simple advice here would be, trade at times where you can expect some movement normally based on what you trade.

and this system of scanning 28 pairs to know the best pair to trade at a time has realy low DD for over 6months, you can have a view of what i am talking about for next week, so u can develope ur own system in this model too and it is none martingale
