Florida counted the incoming ballets already. The results sit locked in a computer already. They are not added to the result till after polls close. If the Dems win the inperson ballot Florida Tuesday , the remainder of the uncounted ballets are believed to favor Dems. So we will know soon after Florida closes. If not, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania needs to go for GOP. Those are too close to call. The GOP can't lose these.

El Trump been showing his hand a long time. He plans on mounting a series of legal ploys to challenge any results not in his favor. It remains to be seen if the various GOP States will go along with him. True, an early clear defeat in FL maybe all it takes for him to fold. He would be better off doing the Trump Show from Fox directly.

From a trading (equities) point of view, I'd look for large bear moves in the indices if there is any kind of contested election drama that looks like it will persist. Stocks will rally on a clear victory for either side along with a concession from the other. So it's a binary deal, the big juicy set-up traders love.

States are going to count all the votes. But Trump's legal gambit will hinge on spreading lies and chaos, as usual. He won't care what the votes say.

Maybe, but a loss may keep him from signing any stimulus deal (out of spite). If Dems take Senate and Whitehouse. They still need 60 votes for any future stimulus after Jan 20. . In this case they would need some GOP crossover votes. Thats 10 weeks away.
