The Idea of it sounds great but this is about money...never about the subject matter being disgusted or printed.. Its a trading opportunity..
I think its inside trading and if they can't get new bank loans the aquired assets are auctioned off it will be foreign owners and they will control the assets anyway its laughable.. The stories of american oil well owners will go away they will be out of business.. Sir James Goldsmith explains in detail about how works and with the up and coming auctions of major oil companies assets starting soon it a cherry on top..

Thats the spread on left, right looks to be average of left.

No scam, that looks a pretty tight spread to me.
