1798/99 may be a short, but it has to closes this next hour below 1792.. if the close is above 1799,, its probably bullish. if the close is above 1793 but below 1799, neutral to leaning bullish to a lesser degree..

This may have legs. If Pelosi is willing to do this, this close to the election then a stimulus is unlikely and the bubble will pop.
