Are you all trading the minis or the micros? I'm trading micro ES now, but will move to mini when I get my act together.

Its a mix I think depending on your purse size.

one trade this morning. market conditions pretty volatile for money management in my world. plus 12T. see how the rest of the session plays out.
included a 15min graph seeing what was to my left/above my entry looked to be a probable cap on taking a 1-2-3. god luck

My trades for the day: I give myself a "C" for the day. My first entry was nearly 3.25 points late as I hesitated taking the long set up because of the big gap down. Missed the next set up because I was surfing the net and not paying attention to the market. Third set up was counter trend to the open and trailing stop hit before target. I use price action too and I have been studying Al Brooks method. In spite of trading errors, reached daily goal of +10 points (+40 ticks) or more. This is micro ES(MES).

Added a +1 point (4 ticks) and + 2 points (8 ticks) to the tally for the day. Plus 15.5 points or +62 ticks for the day. Market offered a lot more but I admit to not trading well. The +4 tick short was entered well after signal and taken out on a trailing stop. The +8 tick long was a good entry, but small target due to overhead resistance.

NQ candles are much smaller than they have been. running around 4 to 7 vs the 9 to 13 we've been seeing.

I've also been watching the Dow alongside the NQ. It seems to gap between candles a lot more than the NQ. Is it just me, or is that something you are also seeing?

Nice start to the week here with a +10 points which is +40 ticks on the MES. I am still trading at Think or Swim this week, but I have an AMP account ready to fund and if I am profitable for the week on Thursday, I will wire the money to AMP. Plan is to trade MES at AMP next week to get used to their trading platform, and then, if profitable this week and next, to start trading the full size emini.

1 loss 2 wins & a couple of missed opportunities. Much more relaxed with this market, will return to the NQ probably when it calms down. YM good for developing the patience
