is the the default settings of latest version good enough as secure-safe config ?

and if default is when what is an aggressive one config ?

Looks like a dead thread here, not suprising because it doesn't work often enough to be profitable, a real killer when the market ranges, so needs work like waiting for a pair to trend or at least move in a direction for a few days.

I gave the EA a try for 2 weeks on a mini live account and lost more than I wanted and realise that backtests prove nothing except what worked in that period of time.

I am reverting to finding HH LL with price action at support or resistance on 1 hour or higher depending on my schedule, the old KISS formula.

Has there been an update to the question of "max open trades" that was discussed back on post #167 - May 13th?
I have tried to read the threads since, but may have missed it?
I know your recommendation at the time 1.08 was released was to keep this at 1, but would really be interested in seeing how this would play out if the EA could enter a second trade during the week, provided the first trade has already closed.

PS. I think your work with this EA is really great and am glad I found it.

This EA is multi pair , so we need to put an EA only to only 1 chart in any time frame right ?

Breakouts are one of the most common trading strategies that you can carry out, they involve identifying a key price level you expect the price to break through, and then buying or selling at that price to take advantage. if the ATR is reached earlier in the week it may be prudent to be on the lookout for potential market failures in the latter half of the week as they could be the marking of a false break and/or possible outright reversal.

Good results, but (there is always a "but"): take a look at the GBP trades. And then take a look at the GBP news, Don't extrapolate your results from two weeks into eternity...

After many tests I managed to find a set of parameters that seems to be profitable, if anyone wants to use it they can feel free! Only use GBPYPJ!
