DislikedGer.30 M5/M1 Observations The Inspiration for my Trading Technique came from watching this Chris Lori Video Post 900 When Price makes a New Low or High it will "Bleed Back" (Micro Inefficiencies) to Test the Break {image} {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Good post and you explain very well. Have a nice weekend.Ignored
DislikedGer.30 M1 Observations You will have to watch the Chris Lori Video above to understand the terminology... {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} The only trouble with ICT is his tendency to waffle and take for ever to get to the point. I've found Chris Lori far more direct and clear in what he is saying. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HGRi...ature=youtu.beIgnored

Disliked{quote} Hi MrGreen, The same things happen on all Time Frames because of the "Fractal Nature" of Price Movement. Price seeks Liquidity, which ever side of the Market is Less Liquid then that is where Price will go. As Orders are filled it leaves Gaps in the Order Book this is why we see Price "Bleed Back" to fill in the Gaps within the Order Book {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank you for the time taked for made this example on AU, i appreciated a lot Basically, the gaps works like a sort of magnets/pivots, and this phenomena happens various times in the same timeframe (like candle-to-candle microgaps/inefficiency or swings/skinny legs gaps) and also in other timeframes. It's like a matriosca. One thing i have to understand better are the "skinny legs". If i got it right, skinny legs leaves huge gaps that could be filled after a long time.. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi MrGreen, Trading the Gaps in "Skinny Legs" is fine in retrospect but it is very difficult to do in Real Time because we don't know when or if every Gap will be filled. Once I started to Trade in the "here and now" and not worrying about where Price was heading my Trading improved dramatically. I look for the "micro gaps" on M5, an M5 Bar Closing Above/Below the previous M5 Bar and returning to Test the Break, this is the only Gap I look to get filled before taking a Trade. I am only looking for 10 - 15 Pips at most, which on the Dax is...Ignored

DislikedThis demonstrates how hard it is to Anticipate where Price will "Turn". In hindsight, of course, it is easy to see but in Real Time it can be very Expensive setting Pending Orders against the "Order Flow" {image} {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Indeed i always laugh when "pro traders" explain the markets in retrospective. Never seen a video on YT where someone trade in real time editing the video at speed x10 when he take the trades. Anyway, thank you for your insights. I would appreciate if you 'd share other interesting links/educationIgnored
