You just make it visible and then everything else is set to "Me Only" so its private. No one can see anything other than the pair and % gained or lost. Not your TP, not your SL. If you love copy and paste set up your own person ftmo challenge thread. I'm sure tha'tll be popular with people who like to follow other people's challenges.

Yes it does....the 50k challenge I have on there now is the new server. And to double check I just added my next 100k challenge that I'm currently doing and started yesterday, it connected with no issues. You still select the server LMAX. Connects right up.

I'll take the bait this one time, closed p/L i'm up 1.2%. I'm still long AU, gold, and AN in floating. September is end of US government fiscal year. So there is usually good follow through for trend traders/short term swing traders (trades lasting a few days).

well, for me too, it is going well, i am up by 1.7 % in roughly 24 hrs, yeah I started yesterday in NY session.

Hi, navk. Besides showing all and sundry that you're a good trader (maybe even better than Paul Tudor Jones?), where are you going with this?

Are we to expect a report every single day, like on your trial account, for the Challenge and Verification? Same if you decide to add another account?

How about doing a journal instead if you're not inclined to put up a TE?

Very well said. All those youtubers and instagramers are just increasing the rate of failing retail traders with their pretentious lifestyles. All successful traders just keep working on honing their skills and diversifying their income portfolios and not engaging in countless online arguments

hi there.

No, I decided not to report the daily outcome.

However, I will for sure post here the journey. From challenge to verification and then as Trader.

Actually many people posted their journey which encouraged me to start with FTMO.

Passed the 3rd free trial successfully. I think I'm now ready to start the challenge.

I wanted to do 3 free trial runs to be certain my trading strategy can fit into their risk parameters. I also treated the free trial as a challenge aiming for 10% profit instead of the min 5% required. It's taken some adjusting, but its been possible so after the free trial ends next week I'll start the $100k challenge.

Some of that "drama" is useful info regarding FTMO.

From it, members can learn two important things.

1. FTMO and their customers have been plagued by intermittent technical problems for months.

2. Many members have tried to get support online, have waited for over an hour and then FTMO has closed their support for the day without attending to them.

Does that tell you anything about their attitude to customer service?

I sent an email and got reply regarding news trading.

"Thank you for contacting us.
The news trading restriction is for funded FTMO accounts only. This does not apply to the Challenge and Verification. Which means you can trade during news event restriction.
If you have any more concerns, feel free to contact us again."

those are important info related directly to FTMO. I am talking about those non-related stupid arguments by some superstars
