VHands Trading Simulator

hey guys, i have been trying to get the MTFvhandsTrade, i read all the manuals multiple times and followed the instruction word by word, but cant seem to get it running.

My problem is, when i get the MTFvHandsTrade working, it doesnt create an offline chart which i can open and create the bigger timeframes. Anybody an idea what i might be doing wrong? kind of getting desperate here.

Or, if there is an alternative program to this which is able to simulate a real time trading environment on multiple timeframes, a recommendation would be much appreciated.

I've reviewed this thread many times and I still can't figure it out. Namely, After following each steps from the instructions my OFFLINE chart ISN'T TICKING along with the Tester's one.

"Allow DLL's" option is TURNED ON.
Does it matter if I'm doing it on the weekend? I'm logged in my broker's acc.

Another problem (maybe connected with above): When I add Period_Converter_Opt indiator I can't open the offline chart created until I delete Period_Converter_Opt from the indicators list. It's strange.

I was following MTFvhandsTrade manual carefully and many times. Still no idea what's the problem.
I'm adding all the files I've used in the attachment.

Attaching vTerminal.zip which compiles with the latest MT4 build. I have not tested whether it is working or not, just made it compile.

i'm still failed to use the vTerminal and vHistory. Is there anyone out there can help me to fix this?

Hi,

I can´t get the offline chart generation to work, neither with vHands nor with similar period_converter indicator.
Reason: Error code 4059 "Function is not allowed in testing mode" when calling "FileOpenHistory".

Is this is a restriction which was added in latest MT4 builds as I see nobody else complaining about it.
There is another backtesting EA "Fx Blue" which is able to generate offline files with latest MT4 build but I can´t see why as there is no source code available.

Anybody any ideas ?

Solved the problem by writing history files with kernel32.dll calls.

can u elaborate on installing and setup? on what OS?

can someone help me out, i get everything to work but i have some issues:

-it doesn't accept my SL, for every value it says it's incorrect (maybe because i can only select positive values?!)
-vhistory doesn't work
-vtrade doesn't work

i can open trades, put TP, but all i get is 3 values on a 2nd window: open, SL and TP with no legends.
