DislikedHello everyone, I would like to firstly thank AKT for this thread and the content he put out to help beginner traders like myself I have spent a month studying Supply and Demand and i'm finally getting it. I Day trade/Scalp using SnD I took two trades Using confirmation entry method but on lower timeframe GBPUSD(Long) USDCAD(short) {image}Price was both at a daily demand zone so i was looking for buys on GU It headed for and hourly demand zone {image}On the 5min timeframe which is my entry timeframe i spotted a confirmation entry and took the trade...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hello phinny Welcome to T.I.O.f Thanks for sharing your trades with the group. If i may, i think it may be worth looking at your timeframe sequence. If one is entering on a 5min chart, using a daily timeframe as the big picture chart is probably too far removed from the entry timeframe. Depending on the asset class one trades, using smaller intraday timeframes may be possible even if not ideal. For example, with the lack of centralisation in the forex markets, the trader should be mindful that some brokers (not all) may play "broker games"...Ignored
DislikedIll give try, Still new to this so looking for feedback also. This post bases on reading through pages 147/442 so plenty to go still. And im not Pro by any means so take these with grain of salt. M - Demand valid with decent stay away and high enough move away 2:1 min filled. {image} W - Nothing above with this broker since leverage data does not reach far enough in binance. DislikedGood day Akt, and fellow good traders A question please. When trading the monthly and using daily wow as confirmation. If the monthly level is fresh but the daily didn't break it's trendline but price took out opposing daily zone. Can I enter at that new daily zone formed since it took out opposing zone or must I wait for trendline breakIgnored
Disliked{quote} Hey Obiech, some charts would help us answer your question more definitively, but from the information you've given us it sounds like. 1. You're taking a confirmation entry @ Monthly Level 2. Price has entered monthly zone and has begun to reverse on the entry timeframe 3. Price has taken out opposing sellers/buyers on the entry timeframe Those 3 are enough to justify taking the trade in the new direction, although the entry would be considered aggressive because price hasn't shown a complete change in momentum. Aggressive isn't good or...Ignored
