Hi please i need you to assist me here i need vertical lines with alert for the macd indicator however the setting for the macd will be 5,13,1 so when the macd crossed the zero line up or down the vertical lines will appear at the cross with alert attached is a screenshot of how it should be with the setting ,it should be eligible for all the timeframes or can it done such that the lines will be added in the input to the macd with alert file also attached.Thanks

please this pending order EA is not mine ,i got it online since i can't find any of such EA,
i have edited this code to have more price options for the pending orders, it compiled without error and working,
i think the problem started from the original copy
THE PROBLEM;
the pending orders do not refresh immediately after order hit take profit
all the pending orders are not working simultaneously as assigned, they only work at random which is not normal

PLEASE THE EA IS ATTACHED IF THERE'S ANY CODER HERE TO HELP

Edit: Resolved. I had to split this into two different functions, and call these two functions.
Is this how all the coding suppose to be? You cannot have one function nested in another function?

Thank you for reply. However, I am getting highestValueInLastXCandles returning a value as 0.0
It's not returning a price. Any idea what could be wrong?

Well, I'm hoping Reteid2222 or any experienced coder will be able to help solve this problem. - the above indicator is dependent on broker having translated the tick value delineation into deposit currency measurement
- traders should know how to calculate or arrive at the correct tick value but most do not

- trial and error is a slow way of doing things, sometimes may be the only way though
- general approach should be goal based, you want to check that some number is at least equal to some other number, find the variables or functions for what those numbers are called/where they are, and proceed from there

- copy n pasting blocks may make debugging harder because you may not know what that thing you copy n pasted is doing
