Hi, is there anyone from Singapore that can advise which Broker to use in Singapore?

You don't have to look for a broker in Singapore. Just check brokers who accept Singaporean for forex trading. Filter out and simply look for reliable brokers that offer good trading conditions irrespective of country-based. For instance, I am based in Germany but I never necessarily looked for a broker in Germany. I use turnkeyforex account since a long time and still going good. You may test the broker with small account for some time initially
