I definitely had the same issue in my trial, emailed support and solved, but it is worrying if this keeps happening on a funded account. They should get this fixed as it is a critical component of the whole operation.

I already sent an email but this is more critical once I'm in a real challenge and this way I can't manage the risk properly. And of course this is consuming the time I have for this stage. I hope they fix this asap and give some compensation.

Maybe you can use something like traderview to check the risk:reward for a few days while waiting for their support's reply? I'm interest to know if this is a glitch on their part or ctrader.

Yeah, I want to take my time but it's a mistake on my side. I just let the trade go as it's still within my rules, it's just that the risk is larger.

Good plan! That means even tho you have 300k active funded account, you can have like 5 x 100k account (passed challenge and verification) waiting? So when your existing 300k account go bust, you can simply request for your 3 x 100k pending passed accounts to be activated? Is my understanding correct?

It is better to discuss trades so that we can all be winners here at FTMO. Complaining about their funding model is useless. If we put our heads together we can all conquer. no need to compete......there is to much money in trading for all of us to share. FTMO just brought us together. We must see that as strength. just saying

Max loss also takes into consideration drawdowns. That is what i have noticed. It is below daily loss that is good thing. Keep your head up mate

Took me like 12 hours of straight trading (which I will never do once funded since its to mentally draining)
But I reached the profit target for the verification in less than 24 hours.

Now all I have to do is open 0.01 lot trades for 8 more days and I should get my refund.

Congrats, long way to go for the refund my friend. Next is do the minimum days, then complete the challenge successfully, then trade for a month and make a profit and then get your refund
