Fully understand family always comes first, take your time and come back when you feel comfortable that the family matters are resolved. I for one am happy to use the CT v6 and TBDB v17 as they are, gives more time to try newer & older setups out for longer anyway before something new and shinny comes along. That is also a good idea to convert some TS to TS2 so they work on CT and take advantage of all the extra filter options.

Wednesday results from S9_ToolBox_Dashboard v17 and Cyclcle_Trader_TS_V6a. These setups are doing better than my CT_V6 setups which are seas of red as HMuller1971 noted.

Many CT_v6 setups started the week in Red again, after a number of poor weeks it looks like a rethink is required now.

Had an unexpected windows update, so full weeks results are not shown (hate it when i forget to check all that stuff over the weekend) Anyhow, D1 TR account only picked up 2 trades this week, and I manually closed a couple while testing exit strategies. The fun15 TR with a 240HM filter is showing a little promise as a basket case, but more testing is needed.

Some interesting results there.

I dislike Windows10 with a passion, especially their updating system. I run my MT4 platform on a dedicated Win7 computer (old Dell Optiplex 9020), no windows updates to crash my MT4 terminals. My day to day office, multimedia and internet browsing computers all run Linux Mint OS, no crashes, no auto-restarts for updates. But I don't play PC games, so my setup won't suite everyone.

Results for this week using S9_ToolBox_Dashboard v17 and Cycle_Trader_TS_V6a, these setups are quite high risk as they use Marty to recover positions, however, I do set a Basket SL to prevent complete blowouts.

I hear you! 7 has always been my favorite. Unfortunately what i am using for MT4 is a field laptop and I need 10 from time to time when i have my boots on. It works out if you remember to run the updates over the weekend (making sure to not search for updates or you will get the newest buggy ones) then remember to turn updates off for the max amount of time they will allow you, or look at a calendar and make sure they will turn off on a Saturday. Way to complex for something they could have made so simple. My upcoming Forex build will be Win7 for sure, 10 is too frustrating for this kind of stuff.
