Is the EA suitable for lower timeframe such as M5, M15?

Hi, if you make your EA like this, will give good results. 1. Look for either a bearish or bullish engulfing which has a minimum of 2 decent candles closed within its opening and closing price 2. Box up the reference engulfing to include the wicks. Note that candle should be a minimum of 18pips. 3. Wait for a breakout on either sides and set your pending order at the breakout point and your final entry should be 50-61.8% of the engulfing with a take profit as the size of the box for the reference candle and stop loss (2 - 5pips) slightly beneath...

Invermac, I like your strategy. Would you happen to have an indicator for the engulfing candle with alert. Not EA. Thanks.

Only this ea engulfing EA v1.1.ex4 opened trade, very far from I was looking for. All losses. Strategy absolutely unclear. All stop orders which I never use. Thanks and

first of all thanks for your sharing.

This is very close to my thoughts. Is it possible to add a simple average and a certain time interval to this strategy? The first transaction must be between 10:30 and 12:30, the second transaction between 13:15 and 15:00, the last transaction between 17:15 and 18:00. if above 150-day average and engulf is formed buy, sell if below average and sell engulf occurred.
