Looking for algorithm programmer

Hi traders! I am based in London and i would like to know if someone knows a good algorithm programmer. I would like to build the alghoritm from my trading system. i would prefer to dont do it remote as i prefer to follow the project personally, so if the programmer lives in London....much better! I also would like to know if there is any program for backtasting, so far the strategy has been profitable but i would like to test it back in history (1000 trades or more) to see how it goes.
