im guessing they got caught up with disputes from the brokers, i remember seeing somewhere in this thread countless brokers had said they never heard of or had agreements with FTMO for clients to use as a bridge between the FTMO "main account"

I agree. Looks a legal problem with brokers and maybe regulators. They are in a grey area...

I think is more important know if they can continue working as now. Because story looks a mess. Business split, no brokers, problems with support service and very long silence...

i totally agree with you boss, atleast they could have outsourced online chat to reply and assist customers even if its limited information, people like atlesat some form of response not nothing at all as they feel ignored which creates dislike and panic/worry in a situation of which a payment has been made, first thing someone would think of is that they have been scammed.

To: FTMO

This thread appear to be the premium forum thread for promoting FTMO service - of course, excluding review sites, I could be wrong and some other forum has the FTMO premium promotional slot.

So far this thread has established the following:

In absolute brief -

  1. FTMO is not a scam
  2. FTMO is legitimate
  3. FTMO is unquestionably reliable in every respect regarding funded trader payouts.
  4. FTMO - within the limits time constraints - is present on the thread and addresses all relevant questions and concerns.
  5. FTMO Public Relations (PR) regarding this thread, in some respects, is lacking.

Addressing last bullet point.

  1. FTMO obviously has known of the current or ongoing (?) operational amendments well in advance of implementation.
  2. No thread participant, to my knowledge, has posted any reference to any FTMO thread advance notice forewarning of FTMO's intended current or ongoing operational amendments.
  3. It can therefore be concluded that FTMO has not bothered to post any advance notice forward advising participants of this - the FTMO premium forum promotion thread - of current or ongoing FTMO operational amendments.
  4. If I am incorrect regarding clauses 2. & 3. please accept my unreserved apology - I will have the headmaster cane me in the morning.
  5. If clauses 2. & 3. are not incorrect it can be concluded that FTMO Public Relations regarding this thread is lacking.
  6. A number of participants have expressed disdain.
  7. Some will be reticent to bite the hand that could possibly feed them so is not the full extent of dissatisfactions.
  8. Objective observation is - this lack of forewarning - creates a situation of dissatisfaction and uncertainty and wastes thread participants time.
  9. Further to the above, its insulting.
  10. One does not expect an advance PR notification detailing every aspect of operational amendments. However, a brief advance PR advisory notice - a less than 5 minutes task inclusive of sips of favorite beverage - goes a long way to dispel headless chicken confusions and show consideration and common respect.
  11. While the addition of the two extra currencies are mentioned in the FTMO Client Area upgrade YouTube video it is noted that only two brokers remain from the broker stable - some would regard this as a downgrade not an upgrade !!
  12. With reference to a number of post commentaries regarding broker removals can FTMO kindly comment regarding FTMO operational broker removals.
  13. Further to the above it is noted that Broker Costs Comparisons (Broker Review) has been removed - can you kindly comment.

Clauses 11-13 answered in recent FTMO #post 2644 a few posts further forward.
