Do not count your chickens b4 they shit on the porch. Some who had covid 19 have gotten it twice. The antibodies may not last more than a few months. You may need to get several shots. Or it may be like influenza. You may need a new shot each year. Some viruses stay hidden in the body. And return later like chicken pox/shingles. Aids hepatitis etc took decades to get some relief. Corona virus is new. The experts are still saying, "they dont know". Testing can take years to study the aftermath of a vaccine.
